This is an Pokémon OC Gym Leader made for the 
^^, his name is Lamar and is the gym leader of Rivamare City. He specializes in Water-type Pokémon.
In appareance he is a little similar to me.. I mean I have sort of that hair, color skin and eyes... but can't swim at all XD also I am not a very sporty person.
Done completely with tablet ^^ (Lineart and Coloring)
