He is Mochizuki Eiji-kun ^^, my most recent and newest Naruto OC ^^.. he is from Kirigakure (Hidden Village in the Mist)
He is a senbon user, also uses Wind-jutsus in order to make the senbons move faster ^^
About his personality.. he tends to overthink the situatios he is on, and sometimes makes things too complicated for him and also his teammates
He is 13 years old.. that's why I made him a little skinny
